We usually ship orders within 1-2 working days after receiving payment – ​​mainly with DHL / Deutsche Post .

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €30 ; otherwise, we charge €2.95 . International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country.

You can return your order within 14 days , unless it is a personalized item. The goods must be returned unworn and in their original packaging .

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs – unless we have made a mistake. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours via email with a photo.
