Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
