Yes, you can return your order within 14 days, provided it is not personalized or custom-made jewelry. Simply send me an email to shop@sunshineinmyheart.de . The item(s) must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
The buyer bears the return shipping costs, unless there is an error on our part (such as incorrect or damaged item).
We are very sorry! Please send us an email with a photo of the damaged item to shop@sunshineinmyheart.de within 48 hours of receiving the goods so that we can find a solution for you as quickly as possible.
